The rental house we are living in has a room that was added on in the mid-1960s and also has that classic wood paneling decor. Every time I go in the room I ask myself: "was there ever a time people thought this looked good?" Your description of the quirks reminds me of when we moved into our house. Too bad it is a rental, we made a couple hundred dollars off of our wet bar. But then again, ours did come complete with saloon doors, foot rail and green saloon mug covered lamps which book-ended the mirror attached to the wall... who wouldn't want to buy that?!<br /><br />Good luck with the move!
