Too bad the case file hasn&amp;#39;t been digitized; I could order it out of the archives, but I have the feeling that someone up the chain would go &amp;quot;WTF is a bioinformatics examiner doing with a dance apparatus case file?&amp;quot; and then I&amp;#39;d get in trouble. And it doesn&amp;#39;t look like there&amp;#39;d be very much of interest in the file anyway. It looks like the case got a &amp;quot;first action allowance&amp;quot;, which means that there isn&amp;#39;t a fun paper trail of arguments between the examiner and an attorney to go read through. It&amp;#39;s kinda like the DA dropping all charges at the arraignment hearing.</content><link rel='edit' type='application/atom+xml' href='http://www.blogger.com/feeds/10820750/7605314413055403355/comments/default/2783508873375017768'/><link rel='self' type='application/atom+xml' href='http://www.blogger.com/feeds/10820750/7605314413055403355/comments/default/2783508873375017768'/><link rel='alternate' type='text/html' href='http://blog.forpeterssake.com/2009/06/king-of-pops-patent.html?showComment=1246483917466#c2783508873375017768' title=''/><author><name>Soren</name><uri>http://www.blogger.com/profile/09127721889533199793</uri><email>noreply@blogger.com</email><gd:image xmlns:gd='http://schemas.google.com/g/2005' rel='http://schemas.google.com/g/2005#thumbnail' width='16' height='16' src='http://img2.blogblog.com/img/b16-rounded.gif'/></author><thr:in-reply-to xmlns:thr='http://purl.org/syndication/thread/1.0' href='http://blog.forpeterssake.com/2009/06/king-of-pops-patent.html' ref='tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-10820750.post-7605314413055403355' source='http://www.blogger.com/feeds/10820750/posts/default/7605314413055403355' type='text/html'/><gd:extendedProperty xmlns:gd='http://schemas.google.com/g/2005' name='blogger.itemClass' value='pid-1806896906'/></entry></feed>
